organic navy beans: $1.20 (based on $2.39 for 2 servings)
organic bananas: .50 (based on .99 per pound serving 2)
organic carrots: .25 (based on .99 per pound serving 4)

Total: $2.55

A Big Mac, fries, and coke would cost $6.10

And, as I have often said, and will say again now: There is *nothing* more elitist than believing that your palate pleasure can ever justify imposing suffering on, or taking the life of, another."
