My name is Anders and I also live in Norway : )
Not only vegetarian, but vegan (i.e. not to use any animal products at all - drinking milk causes killing of "milk cows", male calves, separation of mothers and their calves, and much more).
Our physical health definitely becomes much better -. I have experienced it myself; and so have millions of other vegans. But most importantly is that we are not anymore causing sentients being suffering, death, separation of families and much more by our actions.
When we not anymore are taking someone else's purpose (the animals purposes), we can find our own. When we are not anymore causing other beings stress and suffering, we can find true inner peace.
If we love animals, if we regard animals to have a moral value, we cannot take that which is the most precious to them - their own life.
