Trying to be vegan, but thinking it is hard to be vegan?

For me it was easy to go vegan, easy to opt out of animal exploitation. One advice is to always visualize the unnecessary suffering and death that animals go through because of the consumption of meat, milk, eggs and other animal foods.
Another thing you can do is to watch movies as Earthlings to get it more visual in front of you what the animals go through, and to watch documentaries also about animals in the wild and their lives. As long as one is consuming animal foods one is participating in animal exploitation.
