We know from the Dead Sea Scrolls that the Qurmran-Tzedoqim ['Essenes'] taught Torah. Thus, it is impossible that they had anything to do with Paul.
It is not possible to conclusively demonstrate that it is the letters of Paul in the cave. If it were, then the Christians must have placed them there after that the Qumran Tzedoqim ['Essenes'] placed their scrolls there. I don't doubt that there are scrolls from Paul at that time (if they haven't decomposed). But there are no proofs that the fragments you referred to are from the letters of Paul that you mentioned. It is only a hypothesis.
Pauls message has always contradicted Rabbi Y'hoshuas ha-Mashiakh's (the Messiah's) message and that which is written in Torah.

Carbon Dating has provided us with some interesting results of New Testament fragments that utterly destroys a ton of baseless critical theory of the New Testament:
Mark 4:28 7Q6 AD 50
Mark 6:52-53 7Q5 AD 50
Mark 12:17 7Q7 AD 50
Acts 27:38 7Q6 AD 60
Romans 5:11-12 7Q9 AD 70
1 Timothy 3:16; 4:1-3 7Q4 AD 70
2 Peter 1:15 7Q10 AD 70
James 1:23-24 7Q8 AD 70
These fragments, as can be seen from their referrence numbers above, were all found in cave 7 of the Dead Sea Scrolls. These findings utterly destroy the argument that the New Testament was written after these dates. It should be considered that in order for these fragments to have been found that the entire book they refer to had to be written before and already widespread.
